Rev. Stat. 73-901 to 73-907). This includes: - Seller is not a scrutinized company as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 73-903. - Seller will not subcontract with a scrutinized company for any aspect of contract performance. - Any products or services provided do not originate with a scrutinized company.
