Vine Street Sidewalk and WC Handy Park Concrete Pads

Background

The City of Henderson, Kentucky, is issuing a contract for the construction of sidewalks and concrete pads at WC Handy Park. Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the following work: - Construction of 610 linear feet of five-foot wide concrete sidewalk with a two-foot green space between the sidewalk and the edge of the pavement. - Installation of two concrete pads at WC Handy Park, each measuring 14' 7-1/2" x 21' with a six-inch concrete slab and a one-foot turn footer. These pads will include a welded wire fabric (WWF) reinforcement with a 1-1/2" cover. - Construction of an additional access sidewalk measuring 6.5 feet by 15.2 feet with a four-inch concrete slab.
