Managed Sheltering: Sanctioned Encampments and Safe Parking Projects

Background

The City of Port Angeles, located in Clallam County, Washington, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to develop and implement managed sheltering projects aimed at providing safe and cost-effective living alternatives for unhoused individuals and families. Work Details

The selected organization will develop and implement projects that include sanctioned encampments (Campsites) and safe parking (Parking Sites). Proposals must detail specific locations, budgetary needs, and necessary resources such as utilities and safety services.
