Thermal Imaging Rifle Scope

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the procurement of Thermal Imaging Rifle Scopes. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State with the specified items, ensuring compliance with the outlined requirements.

Work Details

The contract involves supplying 12 units of AGM Rattler V3 LRF 35-640 Thermal Imaging Rifle Scopes. The successful vendor must ensure that all items meet or exceed the required specifications as written and are new, not used or refurbished. The vendor must also provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any products covered by RSA 277-A, known as the 'Worker’s Right to Know Act.' Additionally, all products must be delivered within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order to the designated location.

Period of Performance

The delivery of items is required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to NH State Police, 33 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor shall warranty all equipment/items for a period of not less than one year from the date items are received and accepted by the State.
