Telescoping Boom Lift

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for a Telescoping Boom Lift. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with the specified equipment. This procurement aims to enhance operational capabilities within state agencies.

Work Details

The contract involves supplying one Genie Telescoping Boom Lift model S85XC or an equivalent with the following minimum specifications: - 85’ basket height - 91’ work height - diesel engine - 4-wheel drive - 8’ basket - 360-degree continuous turntable rotation - AC outlet in platform - self-leveling platform - dual capacity of 1000lb/660lb. The total quantity required is one unit.

Period of Performance

Delivery of the items must be completed within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to the Department of Administrative Services, Central Facilities Bureau, located at 19 Pillsbury Street, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor shall warranty all equipment for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer’s standard period from the date items are received and accepted by the State.
