Chainsaws and Pole Saws

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for Chainsaws and Pole Saws. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for supplying the State of New Hampshire with the specified items in accordance with the requirements outlined in this bid invitation.

Work Details

The contract involves providing the following products: 1) Husqvarna 460 Rancher chainsaw with a 24-inch bar, X-cut 3/8” pitch, .050 gauge, and 60.3cm cylinder displacement; quantity: 12 units. 2) Husqvarna 525PT5S pole saw with a 25.4cm cylinder displacement and a reach of 16 feet; quantity: 14 units. Vendors must ensure that all equipment/items offered are new and meet or exceed the required specifications.

Period of Performance

Delivery of items is required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to NH DOT, located at 8 Eastman Hill Rd, Enfield, NH 03748.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful Vendor shall warranty all equipment/items for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer’s standard period, whichever is greater.
