Parking and Revenue Control System (PRCS) Maintenance

Background

The Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) is issuing a solicitation for the maintenance of the Parking and Revenue Control System (PRCS) at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). This initiative aims to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of the airport's parking and revenue systems, which are critical to its overall functionality and service delivery.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance services for the Parking and Revenue Control System (PRCS) at CVG. This includes routine inspections, repairs, and necessary upgrades to ensure optimal performance of the system. The contractor must adhere to specifications outlined by PCS Architecture PSC, which are integral to the contract. Specific tasks may include software updates, hardware repairs, troubleshooting system failures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until June 25, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with Kentucky law regarding resident bidder preference. Additionally, all contractors must ensure non-discrimination in their bidding processes as per Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bidders may also need to provide a Labor and Material Payment Bond as well as a Performance Bond as part of their proposal.
