Deploying appropriate pumping, extraction, or vacuum systems to safely and effectively remove all water without causing damage to the tank or surrounding structures. 3. Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes and regulations including OSHA safety standards. 4. Reporting any deviations from the approved work plan immediately to the Contracting Officer (CO). Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided).
