Background The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) and the Navy Command and Control Program Office (PMW 150), has a requirement for a follow-on In-Service Support (ISS) contract on behalf of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Improved Link Eleven (NILE) Nations, which include Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. The goal of this contract is to provide essential support for the modification, maintenance, and configuration control of NILE Products to enhance allied interoperability and warfighting capabilities. Work Details The major areas of support under this contract include: - Continued modification and maintenance of NILE Products. - Configuration control of NILE Products. - Provision of Engineering and Project Management Services. - Development and Testing of NILE systems along with associated test laboratory and test tools. - Documentation related to the above services. These services will span the sustainment phase of the program lifecycle and require collaboration within the Link 22 Community to enhance Tactical Data Link capabilities. Bidder Requirements This opportunity is set aside for U.S. and foreign small businesses as defined by 13 CFR 121.105(a)(1). Bidders must have a presence or be based in the Continental United States. Additionally, bidders must possess an adequate accounting system to be eligible for award.
