The scope of work includes: Delivering a turnkey WAN solution connecting the following sites: Hilo Baseyard, Waimea Baseyard, Kona Baseyard, Ka Baseyard, and Wai kea Office Plaza. Establishing a synchronous, full duplex connection between all locations. Supplying and installing a switch or router at each site, with Ethernet handoff to the Department of Water Supply (DWS). Designing, installing, and maintaining the entire network solution. Providing all necessary hardware, software, equipment, and upgrades. Maintaining all equipment, which will remain the property of the vendor. This solicitation is issued by the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawai i, State of Hawai i. The contract aims to establish reliable, high-speed network connectivity between five key DWS office locations islandwide, supporting operational efficiency and secure communications. Requirements for this contract include the provision of all design, installation, maintenance, hardware, software, and necessary upgrades for the WAN solution. The service provider is responsible for all equipment, which will be vendor-owned and maintained.
