Background The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO), is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Non-Personal Professional Psychiatric Physician Services at Fort Yuma Health Clinic (FYHC), located in Winterhaven, California.
