Background The Huntsville Architect Engineering Support Indefinite Delivery Contract (HAESI) is issued by the U.S. Army Engineering & Services Center, Huntsville. Much of the work is anticipated to occur at the contractor's home offices. Bidder Requirements Bidders must demonstrate qualifications relevant to architectural and engineering services. They should have experience with Department of Defense projects or similar federal contracts. The contractor must provide a list of personnel needed for each task order along with their qualifications, estimated time required for completion, itemized costs for materials and travel, and adhere to all local, state, federal, and host-nation requirements.
