Background The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for the Initial Outfitting, Transitioning, and Activation (IOT&A) services required for the Pre-Planning and Activation support of the new Junction City, KS Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive project management services, interior design, furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E), space planning services, acquisition planning services, and activation and post-occupancy support.
