Background The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for the Initial Outfitting, Transitioning, and Activation (IOT&A) services required for the Pre-Planning and Activation support of the new Junction City, KS Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The mission of the VA is to provide high-quality healthcare to veterans, and this contract aims to ensure that the new facility is properly outfitted and activated to serve its intended purpose. Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive project management services, interior design, furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E), space planning services, acquisition planning services, and activation and post-occupancy support. Specific tasks include: 1. Comprehensive Project Management Services; 2. Comprehensive Interior Design, FF&E, and Space Planning Services; 3. Acquisition Planning Services; 4.
