Background

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Sunset Maintenance Facility (SMF) HVAC Improvements Project. The goal of the contract is to enhance the HVAC systems at the facility, ensuring improved air quality and operational efficiency. Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be qualified under NRS 338.1379 or 338.1382 to bid on this contract. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to be certified local emerging small businesses as defined by NRS 231. The contractor must also provide required bonds and insurance as applicable.
