The project involves the complete reconstruction of an east-west alley located in the Oakdale Neighborhood Association. The scope of work includes: - Removal and replacement of the existing 12-foot wide alley and its approaches with a new 12-foot wide concrete alley - Construction of a new concrete approach at Beaver Ave - Installation of a 5-foot concrete sidewalk along Broadway and Beaver Ave - Replacement of residential drive approaches where necessary - Minor stormwater adjustments - Restoration of curbs and parkstrips as part of the project
