Summary: Background The solicitation is issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) for the rehabilitation of the Green River Trail located at the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge in Trenton, Michigan. Installation of Walnut Groove Trail Gravel (95 cubic yards); 6. Removal of Walnut Groove Trail materials (120 cubic yards); 7. Filling operations on Walnut Groove Trail (120 cubic yards); 8. Demolition of Green Trail Deck; 9. Installation of Green Trail Benches (2 units); 10. Construction of a Concrete Deck on Green Trail (30 square feet). The magnitude of construction is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from June 30, 2026, to November 30, 2026. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge located in Trenton, Michigan.
