This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Replace critical end-of-life refrigeration equipment serving the F108 and F109 Environmental Challenge Rooms at the Hollings Marine Lab in Charleston, SC. The scope includes replacement of the existing evaporator units, condensing units, hot gas systems, and upgrades to the associated outside control systems serving both rooms. Summary: Background The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is issuing this solicitation for the replacement of critical refrigeration systems at the Hollings Marine Laboratory in Charleston, SC. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of refrigeration equipment serving the Environmental Challenge Rooms, which are essential for environmental research and studies.
