Summary: Background The Veterans Affairs Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) is seeking to establish a contract for lawn care and snow removal services. The mission of VANIHCS is to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the grounds of the facility are maintained in a safe and aesthetically pleasing manner throughout the year. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive lawn care and snow removal services, which include but are not limited to: regular mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, weed control, and seasonal clean-up for lawn care; and snow plowing, salting, and removal of snow from walkways and parking areas during winter months. Specific tasks may include maintaining landscape beds, ensuring proper drainage, and adhering to safety regulations while performing all services.
