Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor must also provide warranties for all equipment/items awarded for a period of not less than one year from the date items are received and accepted by the state.
