Background The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) NAF Contracting Office, representing the U.S. Army Materiel Command, is initiating a contract to support the Army Food Innovation and Transformation Program Office. The goal is to establish a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a concessionaire contractor for the financing, design, buildout/renovation, operation, and maintenance of Campus Style Dining Venue (CSDV) operations at specified U.S. Army Garrison(s). This initiative falls under the category of concession contracts, which allow contractors to provide designated services in specific locations for a set period while directly selling supplies or services to authorized Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) patrons.
