Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) The solicitation for HVAC upgrades at Mammoth Cave National Park shows a closely related prior contract, 140P5326P0011, awarded to Prosperity Partners Cr for $143,000 (05/18/26–10/22/26). The prior work is described as “MACA - RE-COMMISSION VC HVAC,” which appears to involve HVAC system commissioning/recommissioning activities at the same park and facility type, suggesting continuity in HVAC-related scope and familiarity with site conditions. While the current effort is broader (replacement of multiple systems across multiple buildings), the earlier HVAC work indicates relevant prior performance in the same general area.
