Background

The Des Moines Independent Community School District (the District) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide high-quality third-party providers to oversee and manage the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21CCLC) programs at Findley, Madison, Oak Park, and Hillis Elementary schools. This initiative aims to enhance educational opportunities and support for students in these schools.

Work Details

The selected firm(s) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the 21CCLC programs at the specified elementary schools. This includes developing program curricula, managing staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and reporting on program outcomes. The firm must demonstrate experience in managing similar educational programs and provide a detailed plan for implementation.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to run through the school year 2026-2027.
