Background

This request for quote (RFQ) is issued by the State of Oregon, Department of Consumer and Business Services, Occupational Safety and Health Division. The goal of the contract is to procure two OHD QuantiFit2 respirator fit testing devices or an approved equal to enhance occupational safety and health measures.

Work Details

The contractor will provide: 1. Two (2) OHD QuantiFit2 Respirator Fit Testers (Part # FTK 9519-4200) with specifications including: - Input voltage: 12VD, Center Positive, 3A Max - Power supply: universal, 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz 1A Max - Operating temperature range: 41°F to 113°F - Humidity range: 20% to 80%, Non-Condensing - Setup memory: 20 GB - Dimensions: approximately 11 x 4.4 x 15 inches - Weight: approximately 8.5 pounds - Leak test measurement: 2 to 5,000 cc/min - Display resolution: 800 x 480 pixels - Touchscreen functionality and compatibility with Windows 11. 2. Two (2) QuantiFit2 Battery Packs (Part # FTK 3010-4023) with specifications including: - Minimum continuous run time of four hours - Lithium-ion cell chemistry with a pack voltage of 10.8 VDV. 3. A five-year warranty, maintenance, and calibration plan for both devices and batteries. 4. Delivery must occur within thirty (30) business days from receipt of the Purchase Order.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be five (5) years with options to extend the warranty.

Place of Performance

Delivery will be made to Oregon OSHA Lab, C/O Wayne Boyle, located at 26755 SW 95th Avenue, Suite 102, Wilsonville, OR.

Bidder Requirements

Offerors must comply with Oregon's public records law and provide necessary certifications for equipment including UL61010-1/CSA C22.2; EN 61326-1:2013; FCC Part 15 Subpart B for the respirator testers and IEC 62133, UN 38.3 for the battery packs. Offerors must also be duly authorized by the State of Oregon to transact business in Oregon.
