The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive access to educational resources and news that support the mission of enhancing educational outcomes in the district.

Work Details

The contract includes district-wide access to Education Week's resources, which can be accessed through Domain-Based Authentication Access (whitelist domains). The subscription provides full access to EdWeek.org, featuring daily news, commentary, and analysis on various topics relevant to K-12 education. Specific content areas include: - Teaching & Learning - Leadership - Politics & Policy - Technology - Opinion pieces

Special Reports

- Multimedia tools such as photos and videos from classrooms. The renewal terms are set at $24,310.13 annually for 12 months of domain-based and IP access available to all employees.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a period of one year, starting from July 3, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be provided remotely through the Education Week platform accessible by Santa Fe Public Schools employees.

Bidder Requirements

The prospective contractor must have an active SHARE Vendor Number (301-280-3100) and comply with any specific requirements set forth by the State Purchasing Agent or the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration.
