Background

San Juan County Communications Authority is seeking to procure software maintenance, support, and license renewal services for the New World Public Safety software. This procurement is justified as a sole source due to the acquisition of New World by Tyler Technologies, which is the only vendor capable of providing necessary support and updates for the existing infrastructure used in public safety operations. The goal of this contract is to ensure seamless integration and continued functionality of critical public safety software without risking data loss or service interruption.

Work Details

The contract includes the following services and products: - Standard Maintenance for various modules including: - BOLOS (4 units) - Decision Support Base Datamart (4 units) - CAD AVL (1 unit) - ArcGIS Advanced Enterprise Server Integration (4 units) - Alarm Tracking and Billing (4 units) - Data Analysis/Crime Mapping/Mgmt Reporting (4 units) - CAD Auto Routing (1 unit) - Encoder Interface (4 units) - Career Criminal Registry (1 unit) - Case Management (1 unit) - Field-Based Reporting Compliance for Law Enforcement Mobile Unit (498 units) - Additional software maintenance for functionalities including Civil Paper Tracking, E-911 interface, Inventory management, and more. The total contract value is approximately $395,794.55.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at San Juan County Communications Authority located at 207 South Oliver Drive, Aztec, NM 87410.

Bidder Requirements
