This procurement is justified as a sole source due to the acquisition of New World by Tyler Technologies, which is the only vendor capable of providing necessary support and updates for the existing infrastructure used in public safety operations. The goal of this contract is to ensure seamless integration and continued functionality of critical public safety software without risking data loss or service interruption.
