Background The Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) requires a contractor to provide comprehensive trash and human waste removal services to support their Annual Training in Cordova, Alaska. The project site is located approximately 6 miles north of Cordova and aims to facilitate the training of multiple rotational units by providing necessary subsistence and support. Work Details The contractor shall deliver, maintain, and remove sanitation equipment as follows: 1. Equipment Delivery: Deliver and set up four (4) portable toilets, one (1) handwashing station, and one (1) 6-yard dumpster. All equipment must be fully serviceable upon delivery. 2. Cleaning and Maintenance: Provide weekly sanitation services including pumping, cleaning, and restocking of portable toilets and handwashing stations. Perform weekly refuse extraction for the 6-yard dumpster. Ensure sanitation units do not exceed 75% capacity and handwash stations remain at least 25% stocked. All operations must comply with Federal, State of Alaska, and local health and safety guidelines. 3. Final Removal and Site Cleanup: At the conclusion of the contract period, remove all provided equipment from the site and ensure the area is left clean, free of residual waste, and restored to its original condition.
