Summary: Background The mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Ft. Bliss, TX intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract aimed at enhancing versatility, security, and safety in the Secure Area D100 at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. The U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command Transformation Decision Analysis Center - Formation Analysis (TDAC-FA) is responsible for conducting relevant analysis on military operations to inform decision-makers about critical issues facing the U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD). Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the following tasks: 1. Vault Egress Door Replacement: Replace the existing vault egress door with a new assembly compliant with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705; 2. Install Intrusion Detection System (IDS) Sensors; 3. Install Room Access System (Velocity); 4. Install Red Warning Light; 5. Install Awning above Exterior Door. The contractor is responsible for quality control and must develop a Quality Control Plan/Program that meets contract standards. Period of Performance 214 days after notice to proceed.
