Police Department Mini Tactical Robot

Background

The Town of Salem, NH, in coordination with the Salem NH Police Department, is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the supply, delivery, and support of one (1) Mini Tactical Robot System. This system is intended for tactical operations, surveillance, reconnaissance, hazardous environment response, and related public safety applications.

Work Details

The contract includes the supply, delivery, training, warranty, and ongoing technical support of one (1) Mini Tactical Robot System. Vendors must provide detailed proposals that include technical specifications such as system dimensions and weight, camera specifications, communications range, battery life, environmental capabilities, mobility performance, included accessories, and software requirements. The proposed robotic system should be rugged and portable to operate in various environments. Preference may be given to systems demonstrating proven reliability and advanced camera/sensor capabilities. Additionally, vendors must include pricing details for the base system and itemized accessories along with training costs and shipping charges.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by June 17, 2026.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to the Town of Salem Police Department located at 33 Geremonty Drive, Salem, NH 03079.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a minimum standard manufacturer warranty duration and details on technical support availability. They are also required to submit three (3) customer references from public safety or government agencies. Additionally, bidders must complete various attachments including a Bid Sheet with pricing details, a Signatory Declaration, a Non-Collusion Statement, an Indemnification Agreement, a No Bid Questionnaire if applicable, and a W-9 form.
