Work Details

The project includes the following materials and labor: 1) Installation of approximately 350 linear feet of 6' high aluminum EFF-20 fence; 2) Installation of approximately 105 linear feet of 6' high vinyl coated chain link fence, including all necessary hardware, concrete pier footings, and demolition of approximately 20 linear feet of existing chain link fence; 3) Installation of four 6" schedule 60 bolt down style bollards with mounting plates and bolts; 4) Installation of two 48" wide swing gates matching the EFF-20 fence, prepped for Electronic Door Access (EDA); 5) Installation of one existing owner-provided 20' rolling gate with any additional hardware needed for complete functionality. Additionally, there is an alternate option to provide and install a commercial-rated sliding gate operator compatible with presence sensors, including a concrete mounting pad and Optex Virtual Loop 2.0 presence sensor.
