The contractor will provide and deliver various types of flower bulbs to specified locations in Des Moines. The specific products include: - Tulipa long-lasting 'Mondriaan' Mix: 58,500 units - Crocus 'Blue Moon' Mix: 200 units - Hyacinths 'Rainbow' Mix: 1,000 units - Narcissus 'large flower mix': 400 units - Tulipa 'Flag' Mix: 500 units - Allium 'Globemaster': 100 units - Fritillaria imperalis 'Lutea Mixima': 25 units - Narcissus 'Tahiti': 400 units - Narcissus 'Tete a Tete': 100 units Additional varieties and quantities are specified in the solicitation. Period of Performance

The initial contract period will commence on June 17, 2026, and end on June 16, 2027. The City may extend the contract for up to five additional one-year terms at its discretion.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide proof of insurance as part of their submission. They are required to maintain commercial general liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1 million per occurrence and workers' compensation insurance as mandated by Iowa law.
