Lease Proposals for Office Space for DMHAS

Background

The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking lease proposals from property owners or their representatives for office space. The goal of this contract is to secure a facility for the Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services (DMHAS) that meets specific requirements for accessibility and parking.

Work Details

The contract requires leasing up to 14,089 net usable square feet of office space located in Stamford. The premises must include on-site, reserved, paved, and lighted parking for 58 cars. The facility must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. Proposals that include renewal options and/or termination clauses will be given preference. Offers from option holders cannot be considered.

Period of Performance

The lease term is set for five (5) years, starting from the date the lease is finalized.
