Work Requested

The contract involves the construction of a new building at the Perham Arsenic Site, specifically a Rabbit Shed. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: - Constructing a wooden post building measuring 40 feet wide by 64 feet long by 14 feet high. - Providing and installing 40-foot pre-engineered snow loaded trusses, or equivalent. - Installing 3-ply, 2-inch by 6-inch laminated columns with 4-foot on-center (OC) sidewalls and 6-foot OC gables, or equivalent. - Installing a 40-foot by 64-foot by 6-inch concrete foundation with rebar reinforcement 18 inches OC, or equivalent. Note: The building will be installed in 2026, and the concrete foundation will be installed in 2027. - Installing Wheatland Charcoal Gray 26-gauge D-Rib roof, or equivalent. - Installing Wheatland Pewter 29-gauge D-Rib walls, or equivalent. - Installing Wheatland Charcoal Gray siding and trim, or equivalent. - Installing RV100 ridge vent, or equivalent. - Installing ventilation fans in the peaks of the east and west ends. - Installing two 3/0-6/8 Wheatland walk doors with ADA-compliant hardware outswing, or equivalent. - Installing twelve 48-inch by 36-inch Vector vinyl slider windows with screen package, or equivalent. - Installing one 18-foot wide by 12-foot tall Midland Garage Doors non-insulated overhead door with operator and outside security.
