Work Details

Specific items include: - 5010/5011 lid from Form Plastics - Dessert dish from Form Plastics - Cold clear trays from Form Plastics - Hinged containers in various sizes and colors - Hot cups and paper bags - Bathroom tissue rolls - Cleaning supplies such as bleach and disinfectants. Deliveries will be made to designated locations including the Food & Nutrition Services Nutrition Center at 113 Federal Street, Bridgeport, CT 06606 and various school sites across the district. All pricing must be firm fixed and valid through June 30, 2027.

Period of Performance

The contract period is set from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

Products will be delivered primarily to the Food & Nutrition Services Nutrition Center located at 113 Federal Street, Bridgeport, CT 06606. Additional deliveries will occur at various school sites throughout Bridgeport.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with USDA rules and regulations. They are required to submit a vendor statement on company letterhead confirming compliance with USDA requirements, a copy of their CT Secretary of State registration, three references with capability statements, and a No Conflicts Form.
