Background

Minnesota State is seeking proposals from vendors to provide a full-service agent-assisted solution for domestic and international travel arrangements, primarily for the Iron Range Engineering (IRE) Program. The goal is to ensure compliance with State travel policies while facilitating efficient travel planning and reporting.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following services: - Travel planning, event coordination with faculty/staff, and cost estimation. - Reservation and fulfillment services for air tickets, car rentals, and lodging. - Implementation and integration planning and support. - Customer support including functional and technical assistance for integration issues. - A flight tracking system with shared access for faculty/staff. - Monthly reporting on travel costs and recommendations to reduce expenses for future fiscal years. - Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding travel. - 24/7 emergency travel support services.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective from August 15, 2026, for a duration of five (5) years.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed primarily in Minnesota but may include domestic and international locations as required by the IRE program.
