Work Details The contract includes the following items and specifications: 1. **Class 7/8 Heavy Duty Box Truck** - Quantity: 1 each - Specifications: - Chassis & Capacity: Class 7 or Class 8 chassis with tandem rear axle, minimum Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 48,000 lbs, front axle rated for a minimum of 12,000 lbs, total payload capacity of 20,000 lbs or greater. - Powertrain & Suspension: Diesel engine producing a minimum of 260 HP; 6-speed automatic transmission with Power Take-Off (PTO) provision; conventional spring or air ride suspension. - Cab Configuration: Extended Cab or greater, must be red in color. - Cargo Box Dimensions: 24 feet (L) x 8 feet (W) x 8 feet (H), equipped with a man door on the passenger side, must be red in color. - Liftgate: Rear-mounted liftgate with a minimum lifting capacity of 3,300 lbs. 2. **Install Light Bar** - Quantity: 1 each - Specifications: Install Liberty Light Bar, red/white with white tied into the parking brake. 3. **Install Auxiliary Emergency Lights** - Quantity: 1 each - Specifications: Install (4) Whelen M9 Light heads on the exterior body/box. 4. **Install Whelen Controller** - Quantity: 1 each - Specifications: Install Whelen Cencom and CCTLC6 controller for scene and emergency lighting in the cab area. 5. **Graphics Package** - Quantity: 1 each - Specifications: Install graphics package with mar lime/red diamond grade chevrons on rear of vehicle. 6. **Interior Dome Lighting** - Quantity: 1 each - Specifications: Add (3) dome lights in the body/box activated by wall switch. 7. **Box Lighting** - Quantity: 1 each - Specifications: Install (2) Whelen L31 rotobeams on top rear of body. 8. **Radio and Antenna Installation** - Quantity: 1 each 9. **Generator Compartment Fabrication** 10. **Run Fuel Lines for Generator** 11. **Generator Wiring Harness** 12. **Kussmaul Battery Charger Installation** 13. **120v Wiring and Outlets Installation** 14. **Fabricate Custom Shelving** Period of Performance Preferred delivery time is within 30 days after award.
