MORU REPLACE PROPANE TANK FARM COMPONENTS

Summary: Background The National Park Service (NPS), specifically the MWR - Nekota MABO, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services aimed at replacing components on propane tanks located at Mount Rushmore National Memorial. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of propane systems at this significant national site. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for replacing propane components on propane tanks as specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the task. The contract is a firm fixed price commercial service agreement, and Service Contract Labor Standards will apply. All quotes must include applicable taxes. Evaluation criteria for bids will focus on technical capability/experience, schedule, and price. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the construction projects will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance The work will take place at Mount Rushmore National Memorial, located at 13000 Highway 244 BLDG 31 STE 1, Keystone, SD 57751. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be small business concerns as defined by the solicitation. Offers from non-small business concerns will be considered nonresponsive. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable licensing and bonding requirements specific to the work being performed.
