Summary: Background The 63d Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) supports soldiers in seven states to provide best-in-class base operations support for soldiers in the Southwest region of the United States. This contract is issued for custodial services at the Army Reserve facility located at TX018 Conroe ARC/ASF 62, 4724 South Parkway, Conroe, TX 77303. The goal of the contract is to maintain a clean, sanitary, neat, and professional appearance of the facility. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform janitorial/custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include: 1. Routine cleaning services for a duration of 12 months. 2. Annual high dusting once per year. 3. Annual carpet cleaning once per year. 4. Annual strip and wax of floors once per year. 5. Annual interior/exterior window cleaning once per year. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all services meet the standards outlined in this contract. Period of Performance The period of performance includes one base period and four option periods of 12 months each, with an option to extend services for up to six additional months. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Army Reserve facility located at 4724 South Parkway, Conroe, TX 77303.
