Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on prior awards under the “National Multiple Award Demolition Contract” held by EQM Services (140A1621D0016, $35,812,633; 09/20/21–09/19/26) and other demolition contract awardees. The current scope—complete demolition of a damaged single-family housing unit, removal of fire-related debris, and site restoration/backfilling to match surrounding conditions—aligns with the type of demolition services covered by these prior multiple-award demolition contracts and may represent a continuation of similar demolition work under the same contracting vehicle.
