Background Dover Air Force Base has a requirement for Fire Alarm Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and safety of fire alarm systems at the base. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is set-aside for small business concerns. Work Details The contractor will perform maintenance and repair services on fire alarm systems, including: - Functional operation tests and corrective maintenance on individual facilities. - Emergency services as needed. - Software updates/installation on multiple alarm panels. - Service repairs, including troubleshooting alarm panels or components, replacing parts on a single facility. - System updates and installations to enable point-to-point notification capability within facilities. - Updates/maintenance to mass notification systems at individual facilities. - Complete replacement of outdated/damaged alarm panels. - Furnishing all direct materials with a markup of 15%.
