Bob Ruud Memorial Highway is a typical rural highway, while Bell Vista Avenue is situated in a more urban area with multiple approach roads. Work Details The scope of work includes roadway reconstruction, rehabilitation, paving, drainage improvements, and safety enhancements. Specific tasks involve full-depth reclamation (FDR), installation of new aggregate base, asphalt paving, and culvert replacement requiring up to 10 feet of excavation.
