Background

The West Virginia Department of Health, Center for Threat Preparedness (CTP) is issuing this Announcement of Funding Availability (AFA) for the Hospital Preparedness Program Cooperative Agreement. Work Details

Key activities include developing and maintaining HPP capabilities, conducting evaluations to assess project goals, and reporting on project activities through program reports. Bidder Requirements

Eligible applicants include Health Care Coalitions (HCCs) and healthcare agencies. Proposals must be submitted through the West Virginia State Grant Processing System via the WVOASIS Vendor Self-Serve Portal. Applicants are required to submit a Statement of Work (SOW), a Detailed Line-Item Budget (DLIB), a Budget Narrative-Justification, and a signed Subrecipient Information Form (Finance A-1000).
