Background

The Town of Coventry, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking bids for plumbing services to support various town-owned buildings. The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable and timely plumbing services, including both regular maintenance and emergency repairs, to maintain the functionality of municipal facilities.

Work Details

The contractor will provide 24-hour plumbing services for regular and emergency repair work at Town-owned buildings including the DPW Building, Town Hall/Library, Annex Building, Human Services/Police Station Building, and Parks and Recreation Building. Bids must include an hourly rate for services and itemized costs for all equipment and parts. The contract will be active for a period of 24 months following Town Council approval, with the requirement to rebid every two years. Bidders must also specify any warranties and include a full descriptive brochure detailing the materials being bid.
