Background

The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) is issuing this solicitation for the 2026 Pre-Conditioned Air Unit Replacement project at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Work Details

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by June 1, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with Minnesota Statute, Section 473.144 regarding affirmative action plans for contracts exceeding $100,000. Evidence of compliance must be submitted within one MAC business day following the opening of bids. Additionally, there is a goal for the utilization of Small Businesses (SB) set at 14% for this project. Bidders are required to demonstrate good faith efforts to meet this goal.
