Reinforcement of walls for adequate shear capacity; 5. Reinforcement and repair of the cupola; 6. Addressing insect damage to wood structural members; 7. Optionally, window repairs as part of an additional line item. Bidder Requirements Bidders must meet specific requirements including: a) This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Small Business; b) Contractors must furnish performance and payment bonds within 60 calendar days after award; c) Liability insurance coverage requirements include $1 million per person and $2 million per occurrence for property damage; d) A site-specific safety plan must be developed and submitted prior to commencing work; e) Contractors must have relevant experience in historic rehabilitation projects similar in scope.
