Background

The Judiciary, Third Circuit Court of Hawaii, is seeking quotes to furnish and deliver an External Network Attached Storage (NAS) system for the Kona Courthouse. The Judiciary's mission includes maintaining a productive work environment and ensuring the availability of necessary technological resources to support its operations.

Work Details

The contract requires the provision of the following items: 1. Synology RackStation RS1221RP+ - NAS server, Quantity: 1 each 2. Synology HAT5310 - hard drive - 20 TB - SATA 6Gb/s, Quantity: 10 each 3. Synology DDR4 16GB SO-DIMM 260-pin unbuffered, Quantity: 1 each 4. Synology - rack rail kit, Quantity: 1 each No substitutions are allowed for these specified products. The bid must include all items along with applicable taxes, freight, and other costs. Installation is excluded from this solicitation as it will be handled by the purchaser.

Period of Performance

Goods must be delivered within 120 days or sooner from the HIePRO date of award.

Delivery location is Third Judicial Circuit, 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo Judiciary Complex, Hilo, HI 96720.
