X-Ray Machine and Magnetometer for new Wahiawa District Court

Background

The Judiciary, State of Hawaii, is seeking to enhance court security by acquiring new Check Point X-Ray Security Equipment. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety of court facilities by detecting weapons and dangerous instruments brought into the court building or courtroom. This initiative aligns with the Judiciary's mission to provide a secure environment for all court users.

Work Details

The contractor shall furnish, deliver, and install NEW Check Point X-Ray Security Equipment within ninety (90) calendar days from the notice to proceed. The equipment includes: - One (1) X-Ray Security Screening Unit with two (2) 24-inch color monitors

AI-Object Recognition Software

- Two (2) passive roller conveyors for entry and exit - Four (4) screening bins - Two (2) screening bowls (8 inches) - One (1) ADA compliant walkthrough Magnetometer (Width 32.3 inches) - One (1) year Service and Maintenance agreement - One (1) year manufacturer warranty on parts - Additional training and warranty options - Installation and operator training provided by the vendor. A local field technician must be maintained for the entire duration of the contract for maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed within ninety (90) calendar days from the date specified in the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance

The equipment will be delivered and installed at First Circuit, 860 California Street, Wahiawa, HI 96786.

Bidder Requirements

A Local Service Representative is a mandatory requirement for responsiveness. The Local Service Representative must be physically located within the State of Hawaii at the time of bid submission and throughout the duration of the contract. Additionally, bidders must provide evidence of experience in providing similar equipment and services.
