Background

MSD of Warren Township is seeking competitive proposals for a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to enhance its financial, payroll, human resources, procurement, and operational management functions. The district currently uses the LINQ Alio platform but aims to modernize and digitize its business processes to improve efficiency and compliance with Indiana-specific requirements.

Work Details

The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive ERP solution that includes functionalities for financial management (general ledger, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable), human resources (payroll processing, position control), procurement (electronic requisitioning and purchasing workflows), and operational management (grant management, compliance reporting). The system should support integration with existing platforms like Frontline Central and TimeClock Plus, enable automated workflows to reduce manual processes, and include robust reporting capabilities. The district emphasizes the need for strong cybersecurity measures and compliance with Indiana Department of Education standards.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to be implemented by July 1, 2027, with a target go-live date aligning with the school year and financial reporting deadlines.

Bidder Requirements
