Psychological Evaluations and Services

Background

The Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP), Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), and the Kansas Attorney General's Office (KAGO) are seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for psychological evaluations and related services. This initiative aims to support the agencies in fulfilling their mission by ensuring that personnel undergo necessary psychological assessments.

Work Details

The contractor will provide psychological evaluations and related services, which may include but are not limited to: conducting psychological assessments, providing expert testimony, offering consultation services, and delivering training on mental health issues relevant to law enforcement. The contractor must ensure that all services meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the RFP.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and continue through June 30, 2029, with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at various locations as determined by the Kansas Highway Patrol, Kansas Bureau of Investigation, and Kansas Attorney General's Office within the state of Kansas.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the State of Kansas prior to the bid closing date. They must also comply with mandatory certifications including a Tax Clearance Certificate, Immigration Reform and Control Certification, and a certification regarding not engaging in a boycott of Israel. Bidders should have a minimum of five years of experience in providing similar services.
