Background

Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is seeking qualified contractors to provide new grand pianos for the Estes Music Hall on campus. The goal of this solicitation is to procure high-quality musical instruments that meet the specific needs of the Department of Music and Theatre.

Work Details

Contractors are required to provide three new grand pianos, specifically the Yamaha C2X SE model. All pianos must be in new condition with no substitutions allowed. Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled by June 12, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all requirements set forth in the RFP/RFQ documents. It is strongly recommended that bidders provide references in their bid response. Additionally, bidders must certify that they are registered with the Iowa Department of Revenue and collect and remit Iowa sales and use taxes as required.
