Offerors are required to submit prior experience of recent contracts/projects similar to the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), specifically at least two relevant contracts/projects completed within the last five years. Offerors must not have any relevant past performance evaluations rated as 'Unsatisfactory' or 'Marginal' in the last five years.
